I FOUND TUTORIAL ON HOW TO MAKE THE SAILOR FUKU COLLAR!
So all we need is a random long sleeved white shirt and the red material to amek the skirt/ collar and the pink satin material for the ribbon thing and white ribbon [cause ribbon is better than material xD]
